Made in Homestead, Installed in Miami
Our name says Miami, and so does much of our work. Miami is a market of condos, townhomes, mid-century houses and large estates, and most of those spaces reward custom carpentry because the rooms rarely match a catalog. Our workshop is in Homestead, roughly 30 miles south of downtown, so we build the pieces there and bring them to you.
Miami projects tend to be design-led. Many come through interior designers and general contractors who have drawn a specific wall, closet or kitchen and need a shop that can build it exactly. We work from those drawings, confirm dimensions on site and coordinate with the other trades.
Home types here also shape the carpentry. Mid-century and older houses in neighborhoods such as Coconut Grove or Little Havana often have unusual room sizes and terrazzo or tile floors, while newer high-rise condos in Brickell and downtown are about clean, built-in storage in compact layouts.

Miami sits on limestone bedrock and most homes are built from concrete block, so mounting methods for panels and tall cabinets differ from wood-framed houses.
Miami interiors are air conditioned but the humidity outside is constant. We choose materials and finishes that behave well in that cycle.
Miami has a large concentration of interior designers and architects. We are used to building from drawings and sample boards, and to matching finishes across rooms.
